Fun Day Mentoring  

Fun Day Mentoring is a great way to begin mentoring a foster child.  The YMCA of Orange County provides these fun days as a way to provide a needed break to foster parents and relative caregivers. It is a win- win- win! The child has a wonderful time, the mentor simply shows up ready to play and the caregivers have a chance to recharge.  There is no long term commitment, once you are approved as a mentor, you choose the dates you would like to serve. By spendng just one Saturday a month with a child, you can make an impact that lasts a lifetime.  To be connected to this opportunity, send your name and phone number to Lynn Young at lynny@saddleback.com (949) 609-8555.
